Medical history data:

A 45-year-old white male patient with a history of being a prisoner and a smoker for 20 years was evaluated by the pulmonology service with negative BAAR sputum. The image shows osteolysis in the L4 and L5 vertebrae due to bone involvement in extrapulmonary tuberculosis.
